Hey! I’m doing a 30 Day A Plank Challenge starting on 1/1/20. Will you join me? The challenge will use the schedule below.. It’s a 20 second to 5minute plank program. Let’s keep each other motivated. Tag your challenge photos with #jan2020plankchallenge. I’ll be making videos of my progress. You can do full plank, lower plank, or move between if you have wrist issues. Don’t feel you are ready for full plank start with a wall plank and move to knees down plank. The main objective is to start with your current level, and progress forward.
