I participated in the Club Rehab Ohana Wellness 5K. I’m still on a walk/run program, and figured I would just go out and have fun while John got his training miles in. I was surprised when somehow I got 3rd place in my age group. This is the only picture John was able to get. I was answering a question to the race announcer when he took the picture, but you can still see the happiness in my face. My watch time said 36:05. I’ll take it. Any forward movement is fine by me. Thanks to all the sponsors and volunteers for such a great event.
