I was super hungry after a recent run, and wanted to make a popcorn snack. In this video I show you how to make your own microwave popcorn. All you need is a microwave, a bowl, a plate, and some corn kernels. It way cheaper than those wasteful bags that are full of additives and chemicals. This method allows you to add your own toppings. I chose to use Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast to top mine. This is super great snack for a post workout.
